El objetivo de este artículo es presentar un análisis del efecto del chirp de la fuente óptica sobre el desempeño de sistemas ópticos punto a punto de alta velocidad con modulación de intensidad y detección directa. La evaluación del desempeño del sistema se hace a través de la sensibilidad del receptor, usando una probabilidad de error de 10"2. Son presentados los resultados numéricos para un sistema típico, en tres configuraciones de receptores, operando a una tasa de 2,5 Gb/s. |
